Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination country.

We deliver orders to home addresses or parcel pickup points throughout the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). Detailed information about available delivery options, costs and pickup locations is provided during the checkout process.

Home Delivery

Home delivery is provided by DPD courier. By selecting this delivery method, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

Home deliveries are carried out on business days between 09:00 and 18:00. It is not possible to select a specific delivery time.

DPD Pickup / Parcel Locker Delivery

Customers can receive their orders at DPD Pickup points or DPD parcel lockers across the Baltic States.

The order will be delivered to the selected Pickup point or parcel locker within the timeframe stated on the product page. Customers will be notified by DPD once the shipment is available for pickup.

Local Pickup

Customers have the option to collect their orders free of charge after completing the order in advance.
