We do our best to ensure that the purchased product meets your expectations and that your shopping experience at sergis.lv is pleasant and reliable. However, if a defect occurs, you are entitled to make use of the warranty.

If the product is defective

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact sergis.lv in advance to arrange the warranty claim procedure and product return process.

The product must be submitted for warranty evaluation together with proof of purchase and, if applicable, a warranty certificate.

Warranty period

• Consumers (private individuals) are provided with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
• For legal entities (companies), the warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s specified warranty conditions.

Required for a warranty claim

To validate a warranty claim, the following must be provided:

• proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery note);
• manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty certificate (if included with the product).

The warranty is not valid if

• the damage resulted from normal wear and tear;
• warranty seals or serial numbers have been damaged or removed;
• unauthorized repair or modification has been carried out;
• the damage was caused by external factors (floods, fire, lightning, storms, earthquakes, etc.);
• liquids, foreign objects, or insects have entered the product;
• the manufacturer’s prescribed regular maintenance has not been performed.
